AW Manners & Etiquette GmbH is looking to hire a Director and Etiquette Consultant for its development operations in Zurich, Switzerland.

Social etiquette is woven into the very fiber of polite society. Familiarity with the unspoken rules of social etiquette gift one with grace and confidence while putting others at ease. Whether dining, socializing, in business or leisure, etiquette is truly essential. AW Manners & Etiquette GmbH will offer courses on International Social and Dining Etiquette focusing on clientele from Asia that need to adapt to the European and American etiquette, which vastly differs from the Asian etiquette. AW Manners & Etiquette GmbH provides a platform to develop one's ability to navigate any social situation with elegance and ease. Instruction is given with special attention to detail. Offering instruction in European, French and English dining traditions as well as international social etiquette; students gain resources that are invaluable in social and business dealings.

Your Duties and Responsibilities at AW Manners & Etiquette GmbH:

The objective of this position is to advise customers in the area of business and leisure European and American etiquette
In this position you are required to conduct a baseline assessment on customers of knowledge on business and leisure etiquette
In this position you organize and give assessments and training on business and leisure etiquette in Europe and America to Asian customers
You follow new developments in business and leisure European and American etiquette to reproduce relevant assessments and trainings
You identify the most important problems of customers to measure the performance of our existing assessments and trainings
You advise our customers on how the usage and usefulness of the assessments and trainings can be measured
Developing and executing the company’s business and marketing strategies
Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
Communicate and maintain trust relationships with customers
Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile
Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures

Requirements:

At least 5 years or more experienced in conducting independent teaching of international customers in etiquette
Excellence in organizational, communication and presentation skills
Expertise in branding/ marketing
Visionary in leading company's manners in business development
Proficient in public speaking
Diverse culture
Familiar with business, social, diplomatic etiquette rules
Familiarity and prior experience in assessments and training on business and leisure etiquette of Europe and America
In depth understanding in both Western and Eastern culture and custom
Demonstrated understanding of the Asian culture and etiquette
Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
Well-travelled and extensive exposure to different cultures
Proficient in Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
You communicate proactively and work independently
Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices
You have the etiquette skills and communication skills necessary to succeed in the field of AW Manners & Etiquette GmbH
